Amenities
In room phones, free wireless internet, cable TV, coin-op laundry facilities, facsimile service, private baths, alarm clocks, complimentary coffee and tea, winter car plug-ins, security door deadbolts, hair dryers, iron board, iron. Housekeeping service is available Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Also pool cues and balls for pool table, cribs, rollaway bed and portable DVD players available upon request.

Hours of Operation
Summer office hours: June 1 – August 31 | 8 am – 8 pm
Winter office hours: Sept 1 – May 31 | 9 am – 5 pm
Check in Time is from 3 pm to 8 pm. Special arrangements can be made for earlier or later arrivals, BUT MUST BE MADE IN ADVANCE as there is no one on staff after 8 p.m.
Check out Time is 11am.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy
If you stay 1 to 6 nights with us, an advance of one night stay will be made on your credit card to guarantee your reservation. The deposit will be refunded if you cancel your reservation 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival, less a $25 cancellation/re-booking fee. If you stay 7 nights or longer, an advance of two nights stay will be made on your credit card to guarantee your reservation. The deposit will be refunded if you cancel your reservation 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival, less a $25 cancellation/re-booking fee. (For no-shows on long reservations there will be an additional charge to your credit card of $100 for a no-show fee.)

Smoking and Pet Policy
We provide a smoke-free environment in all our rooms and common areas and request that you honor this policy. Provision has been made for you to smoke outside. A $75 charge to your credit card will apply if we find that you smoke indoors. Sorry, there are no pets allowed, even in a pet carrier.
