Amenities – Every room is a Suite! Spacious rooms with full kitchens.
In room phones, free wireless internet, cable TV, coin-op laundry facilities, facsimile service, private baths, alarm clocks, complimentary coffee and tea, winter car plug-ins, security door deadbolts, hair dryers, iron board, iron. Housekeeping service is available Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Also pool cues and balls for pool table, cribs, rollaway bed and portable DVD players available upon request.

Hours of Operation
Summer office hours: June 1 – August 31 | 8 am – 6 pm
Winter office hours: Sept 1 – May 31 | 9 am – 5 pm
Check in Time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. Special arrangements can be made for earlier or later arrivals, BUT MUST BE MADE IN ADVANCE as there is no one on staff after 6 p.m.
Check out Time is 11am.

Cancellation Policy

Nightly rate…48 hour notice for Check-in/change of reservation or one night is charged. No show fee is one night charge +$25 rebook fee and balance of the reservation will be canceled.

Weekly rate…Seven day notice for Check-in/change of reservation or two nights are charged. No show fee is a two night charge + $200 rebook fee and balance of the reservation will be canceled.

Monthly rate…30 day notice for Check-in/change of reservation or seven nights are charged, if room is not re-booked. No show fee is seven nights +$400 rebook fee and balance of the reservation will be canceled.

Smoking Policy: We provide a smoke-free environment in all our rooms and common areas and request that you honor this policy No smoking in or within 15 feet of buildings. Minimum room charge $300.

Pet Policy
Sorry, there are no pets allowed in the rooms on the grounds or in vehicles in the parking lot.

Terms and Conditions: Your credit card will be charged at check in unless another method is received. Nightly rate: balance charged at check-in. Weekly rate: charged at check-in and on seven day intervals. Monthly rate: charged at check-in and on monthly intervals. Cash or check payments will be due at check in.
