Our apartments consist of three 18 plexes and two 8 plexes. Some buildings offer a sauna and game room located on the ground floor.

We have many houses located in the North Pole area. They have quick access to the Richardson Highway, local malls, bases, schools, and restaurants, yet have the country setting for hiking, skiing, or biking.

We offer 12 duplexes that are located in a quiet, peaceful setting. These units are spacious dwellings backed by a spruce forest. These units have big kitchens, washer/dryer hookups, and HBO (head bolt heaters for your car's winter comfort.)
