Our 18 Plexes, located off Mission Road next to Beaver Lake, are in a quiet, peaceful locale. They have designated parking with winter plug-ins that are controlled from a timer box inside your dwelling. These units also have recreation rooms, laundry rooms and saunas.

We have two 8 plexes. One located on Mission homestead and the other in Diane Subdivision. All are two bedroom units with washer and dryer hookups in the pantry. These apartments have approximately 900 square feet of living area. Top floor apartments have airy, open beam ceilings
